Who we are
Kemper Farms is one of the largest and oldest tropical produce importers and distributors. With an infrastructure that reaches across the globe, Kemper Farms is truly an international player, involved in the production, procurement, shipping, ripening, distribution and marketing of bananas, pineapples, and melons.
Since 1888, Kemper Farms has been committed to bringing the world the highest quality products, inspiring people to feel excitement about our products and making a positive difference for our growers and farmers, our customers and the environment. Today, Kemper Farms is the largest importer of bananas in Europe, Asia, Africa and the no. 1 importer of offshore melons in North America.
Over 8700 permanent employees and 6000 seasonal workers work at Kemper Farms around the world.

We have traded for over 130 years and believe that to get the best fruit and to do it sustainably we need to develop strong, long term partnerships with our growers and their communities. Partnering with certain grower groups in Central and South America for over 50 years has taught us a lot about corporate citizenship and has helped us engage in community development programmes. Through these partnerships, we’ve developed industry leading techniques that improve efficiency, deliver consistent quality and support sustainability.

Mr. Robert Kemper
Kemper farms is a family own Farm. (KEMPER FAMILY)
The farm after so many years got a new face lift and turn to be as it used to in the 1880s
After Mr. Robert Kemper took over the farm in 2000. And since than there have been more developments and infrastructure as well.
Mr Robert Kemper is the son on the late David Kemper the Ex CEO of the farm.

The Gottlieb family has been part of the KEMPER FARMS Business for so many years.
As the partner of KEMPER FARMS, I am passionate about driving innovation and efficiency in the supply industry. With over [12years] of experience in logistics and supply chain management, I have dedicated my career to optimizing processes and enhancing customer satisfaction. Under my leadership, our team is committed to providing quality products and exceptional service to our clients. I believe in fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment, where creativity and teamwork thrive. In my spare time, I enjoy fishing and Hiking, long walk and beach hangouts, which helps me stay balanced and inspired. Together, we are shaping the future of supply chain solutions.
